OTRS Agent Note is a mobile client for IT service agents working with the Open Source Ticket System OTRS. It is focused on providing a really streamlined access to tickets for adding notes and time accounting for mobile users without the need to use the regular OTRS web frontend. Therefore it is really fast and easy to handle.
